I uploaded the scrapbook page from http://www.scrapbookgenerator.com/ . I uploaded the magazine cover from http://www.fakemagazinecover.com/ . I thought that the creations were a ton of fun to make. I chose to use my own photos for the images that I created -- it was sooo much fun! I think that it would be a really cool assignment, doing something at the beginning of the years -- the students have to design a logo or graphic that describles them and explain why -- I think it would also be a great activity to use in staff development at the beginning of the year. I think the magazine covers would be fun to use when you go on vacation, and print out pictures on them to display. I think the more I explore, the more uses I will find for the image generators.
Okay so after coming back and playing later, I think that Image Chef is by far my favorite and the most user friendly, things are so easy to create and manipulate.
